03/28/25, 1500hrs - D-TRAIN: Flotilla 101

Flotilla 101, presented by the PCA - Are you a current Flotilla Commander (FC) or Vice Flotilla Commander (VFC) or aspire to be elected to either of these offices in the future? This session will cover the basic information a FC/VFC team needs to effectively run a Flotilla, including: meeting basics, appointing FSOs, and some general basic rules (ex: elected leadership can’t concurrently hold FN or MA offices). This session will also discuss the value in reviewing Flotilla leadership training and the importance of working together with leadership at all levels (Flotilla, Division, & District) to accomplish the strategic plan. 

This class will be held in the Riverview B conference room.
